Kelly is the absolute best trainer I have ever had. She pushes you in a way that makes you want to do better, yet not at all having an intimidating personality. Kelly is a positive person and she helps motivate me to work hard toward my weight loss goals. She is very knowledgeable about appropriate workouts for my body and also modifies exercises for me when needed.
