It’s as easy as 5-4-3-2-1! The countdown workout works from five minutes of body-weight exercises down to one minute. No equipment needed. Get your sweat on wherever you are with this fun and versatile workout!

FIVE Minutes 

*Complete each exercise for 1 minute

High Knees

Jumping Jacks

Front Kicks (alternate legs)

Jumping Jacks

Run in place

 

FOUR Minutes

*Complete each exercise for 1 minute & repeat

Walking Lunges

Mt. Climbers

 

THREE Minutes

*Complete each exercise for 30 seconds, repeat 3 times

Pushups

Triceps Bench Dips

 

TWO Minutes

*Complete each exercise for 30 seconds & repeat

Squats

Jump Squats

ONE Minute

*Hold for 1 minute, drop to knees if needed

Elbow Plank

 

Beginners complete once, intermediate complete 2 times, advanced repeat 3 times. Rest as needed between exercises.
