Complete circuit 4 times

20 Jumping Jacks

10 Jump Squats

10 Push-ups

20 Squats

20 Crunches

20 Mt. Climbers

20 Alternating Front Lunges

Little to no rest between each exercise

Take 30-60 second rest before repeating entire circuit

Finish with ONE MINUTE PLANK
