Upper Body Cardio
This is a quick, but effective treadmill workout that will also strengthen your upper body in just 14 minutes! Grab a set of light dumbbells and let’s go!
Equipment needed: Treadmill and 1-5 lb dumbbells
Warm up: One minute easy walk
Increase speed to a brisk moderate pace walk
Hold dumbbells in hand and perform the following exercises for ONE minute while walking
Shoulder Press
Shoulder Side Raise
Bicep Curls
Triceps Overhead Extension
Shoulder Front Raise
Triceps Kickback
REPEAT entire strength circuit
Cool down: One minute easy walk to decrease heart rate
*To increase difficulty add an incline to the treadmill
